Battery gets me through my morning coffee no problem, which is pretty much all I needed. So far it been working fine for me.

"Found the replacement part without a hassle"
I already had an ember mug and only needed a new charging coaster, so I went in assuming they’d make it annoying or try to push me toward buying a whole new mug. But it was right there on the site, along with lids and other little extra parts, which was a nice surprise.
Checkout was straightforward, and I didn’t have to dig through eBay or some sketchy random store hoping it was the right piece. It actually felt like they expected people to need replacements and kept the accessories available instead of pretending nothing ever wears out...

"Keeps my coffee warm without messing with the taste"
I had a good feeling about this mug, and it’s been solid. Most days the temperature control does exactly what I need — my coffee stays warm, but it doesn’t get that burnt taste. The app can be a little slow here and there, which is slightly annoying, but overall I’m happy with it...

My mug wasn’t charging, so I reached out to support not really knowing what to expect. They got back to me quickly, asked a couple of simple questions, and then just took care of it without a bunch of annoying back and forth. it was way smoother than I expected. Happy with the whole experience

"Super Easy to Keep Clean"
I’ve had my Ember mug for a while now, and it’s been really easy to take care of. After I finish my coffee, I just rinse it out and give the inside a quick wipe, so it hasn’t picked up any weird stains or smells. The charging coaster stays clean too, as long as I don’t spill on it. Overall, it’s been really low effort, which makes me like it even more.

"Charging coaster has been really dependable"
I’ve been using my ember mug with the charging coaster for a while now, and to me it’s one of those little things that just quietly does its job. I set the mug down, it starts charging, and I don’t have to fiddle with it or line it up in some exact way, which I really appreciate during a busy day.

It pretty much lives on my desk, and so far I haven’t had any problems with it. The contacts still seem to work well, and the whole setup feels simple in a good way. My take is that it’s not flashy, but it’s dependable, and that’s exactly what I wanted.

"My dad uses this mug every single day"
I got my dad an Ember mug as a gift, it’s been a total hit. He’s the kind of person who always forgets about his coffee and then complains when it gets cold, so this was perfect for him. It works fine overall, so I can’t really complain too much. I’m just a little confused because I thought it would hold more coffee than it does. Maybe I misread the size or expected it to be bigger, but I find myself wishing it had a bit more capacity.

"Pretty decent packaging overall"
The box showed up looking neat for the most part. I did notice one tiny dent on the corner, like right on the edge, but nothing inside seemed affected. i’m the kind of person who spots little stuff like that, but overall the packaging was decent.

"Annoyingly, I Kind of Love This Mug"
I wasn’t totally convinced I needed a fancy mug, but I have to admit the Ember has been really nice. I drink my coffee slowly, and it used to be cold by the time I was halfway through, which drove me nuts. Now it actually stays warm until I finish it, and the coffee still tastes good at the end. It’s such a simple thing, but it does make mornings better. I didn’t expect to like it this much, but yeah, I’d buy it again.

"Works good, app is mostly easy"
I’ve been using my Ember mug for a few months now, and the app connection has been solid for me. It usually pairs fast with my phone, and changing the temperature is easy without doing a whole thing. One time it kind of didn’t find the mug for like a minute, but I closed the app and opened it again and then it was okay. Overall I’m happy with it, it does what I wanted it to do

I’ve been using this almost every morning, and it keeps my coffee hot for my entire drive. It’s really easy to use, and the battery has been solid too. Based on this one, I’d say these kinds of heated mugs are definitely worth it if you hate lukewarm coffee on the go.
